Opportunity to Share a Rare Moment

  The other  day, I left for the store and when I came back home; I found the following scripture in the ice-maker dispenser. "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord,....plans to give you hope and a future.....You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29:11,13      

I did not put it there. That scripture on that mini pass it on card was given to me several months ago. I don't know how that scripture landed in the ice maker dispenser. It was strange but I place the card on the table and said to myself " God will let me know what this means. Then, when I went to church on Sunday; my pastor preached  from the same scripture that I found in my ice-maker dispenser earlier in the week. That was God sending me a message reassuring me  that he has a plan to prosper me; if I just seek him with my heart and I will find him. That was truly awesome to know that God loves me this much  that he sent his angels to confirm his promise to me.

So, if you are struggling today. Just know that God has a plan for your life. We must follow God's plan. Whatever you maybe petitioning God for just know that it must line up with his will not  yours. Here is the New King James version of Jeremiah 29:11-13
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.
It touches me even as I reread for errors to know that God has a plan that he formed prior to our births.
Pondering on the thought makes me excited to know that my heavenly father loves me and desires that I be prosperous.
 Since retiring,this is the first thing I say every morning" God guide my foot steps and Your will be done in my life today not mine will. I thank you for this day and the blessing of the freedom to serve you.
 My desire is that something that I wrote will inspire you to know God and believe that he is your very hope in whatever situation you find yourself. They key is to Pray always. God will direct your path.
